The Caretaker recommends and arranges ongoing maintenance. The Committee authorise expenditure and agree planned maintenance and refurbishments.
We would be grateful for any feedback on problems experienced by Hall users and suggestions for improvements.
We would especially ask that any safety-related issues be brought urgently to the attention of the Caretaker or any Committee member. Naturally, any immediate danger should be dealt with by responsible persons at the scene to avoid the risk of accidents.
